About the Teacher/Welcome Msg
Welcome to Mrs. McCloud and Mrs. Tiffany's Kindergarten Class. We have so much fun every day and love your kiddos like our very own! Please let us know how we can help you.
Education:
Northwest Community College 1991-1993: BA in Education
Delta State University 1993-1995: BS in Education
Aurora University 2006-2008: MAT (Master of Arts in Teaching)
Experience:
This is my 25th year to teach. I started at Greenbrook Elementary, where I taught Kindergarten, Pre-First, and First Grade. From Greenbrook I went to Aurora, Illinois and taught 13 years at Frank Hall Elementary School. At Hall, I taught 3rd Grade, First Grade, and Kindergarten. After moving back to Olive Branch in 2017, I have been teaching Kindergarten at LPS. I'm so proud to be a Patriot!
Bio:
I am originally from Olive Branch, and I come from a long line of educators. My grandparents both taught at Olive Branch, and my dad was the President of Northwest Community College for 20 years. My sister previously taught at Lewisburg High School, and now teaches classes at Northwest and Ole Miss. Teaching is in our blood!
My husband, Scott, and I have an 11 year old daughter named Hannah. She is in 5th grade at LES. We have 2 cat fur babies, Hershey and Autumn. Sadly, our first baby, Daisy, a 15 year old lab, passed away in 2019. We miss her still!
As a family, we love bowling, movies, and watching sports. Because we lived right outside of Chicago for 13 years, we became avid Cubs fans and Chicago Blackhawks fans.
We attend Maples Memorial Methodist Church and I occasionally teach Sunday School with my sister.
I am thrilled to be back in Olive Branch with my family, and so thankful to be teaching at Lewisburg Primary!
