Education

Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Mississippi

Experience

I have been teaching for 25 years. I started my career in Batesville, MS where I taught first grade and science at Batesville Elementary. In 2000 I moved back to Desoto County and taught Kindergarten at Southaven Elementary. In 2005, I transferred to Lewisburg Elementary where I taught Kindergarten and Pre-first. When we opened Lewisburg Primary, I continued to teach Kindergarten until 2018. In 2018, I moved to Special Education. I am currently the special education inclusion teacher for Kindergarten.

Bio

I was born and raised in Olive Branch, MS. I graduated from Olive Branch High School in 1990. I lived in Batesville, before moving back to Desoto County. I have been married to Jason Terry for 19 years. We have 3 children that all attend Lewisburg schools.
